Pricing
My rate is $150 per 50 minute session, payable at the time of service.
Although I am not an in-network provider with any insurance companies, I am happy to provide you with a statement to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Whether you are eligible for reimbursement, and for how much, will depend on your insurance provider and plan.

If you want to find out more about possible reimbursement, here are some suggested questions to ask your insurance provider about seeing an out-of-network provider:

My office is located in Herndon, near the Reston/Herndon border. It is easily accessible from many major commuter routes including the Toll Road and Fairfax County Parkway.

Once you turn from Elden Street onto Carlisle Drive, continue straight. You will see a sign for "Sugar Oak". Follow the road almost to the end; 425 is in the last building.
Feel free to park in any available space. Enter the main door for 425 and Unit A is on the ground floor. Simply head through the wooden door directly to your left to find the waiting room and I will be out to greet you at your appointment time.
